Ingredients

Instructions
Squeeze the oranges and pour the juice into a carafe
Put the rosemary leaves in boiling water and leave the leaves to macerate for 15 minutes
Filter the water with the rosemary and add the rosemary scented water in the orange juice together with the honey and glucose
Mix the ingredients well with a whisk
Pour the mix into the ice cream machine
Wait until the ice cream is ready
Remove the ice cream from the machine and enjoy it or put it in the freezer
