- 350 ml whole milk fresh
- 200 ml cream fresh, 35% fat
- 80 g sugar
- 20 g glucose syrup
- 30 g skimmed milk powder
- 3 g vanilla paste
Combine sugar, powdered milk and glucose with milk and cream.
Use a mixer or a whip to dissolve the ingredients well.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine.
Wait for the ice cream to be ready.
