- 600 g melon pulp
- 100 g sugar
- 20 g lime or lemon juice
Cut the melon into pieces and put it in a container.
Add the lemon juice and the sugar.
Blend everything with the mixer until a smooth pulp is obtained. Taste and adjust as desired by adding a little more lemon juice or other sugar.
Pour the mix into the popsicle moulds.
Put in the freezer to freeze 6/8 hours.
Extract the popsicles from the moulds and enjoy.
- Use only very ripe melons
- You can add about 50 g of vodka or rum to the recipe but removing as many grams of sugar from the recipe.
