Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g melon pulp
  • 100 g sugar
  • 20 g lime or lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the melon into pieces and put it in a container.
  • Add the lemon juice and the sugar.
  • Blend everything with the mixer until a smooth pulp is obtained. Taste and adjust as desired by adding a little more lemon juice or other sugar.
  • Pour the mix into the popsicle moulds.
  • Put in the freezer to freeze 6/8 hours.
  • Extract the popsicles from the moulds and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use only very ripe melons
  • You can add about 50 g of vodka or rum to the recipe but  removing as many grams of sugar from the recipe.
