Melon icelolly popsicle and melon milk shake
Milk-free and saccharose-free lollipops with high percentage of fruit (85%)
Equipment
- scale
- electrical mixer
- knife
- moulds
- carafe
- chopping board
Ingredients
- 600 g melon pulp
- 100 g sugar
- 20 g lime or lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the melon into pieces and put it in a container.
- Add the lemon juice and the sugar.
- Blend everything with the mixer until a smooth pulp is obtained. Taste and adjust as desired by adding a little more lemon juice or other sugar.
- Pour the mix into the popsicle moulds.
- Put in the freezer to freeze 6/8 hours.
- Extract the popsicles from the moulds and enjoy.

Notes
- Use only very ripe melons
- You can add about 50 g of vodka or rum to the recipe but removing as many grams of sugar from the recipe.
