It has different characteristics compared to traditional ice cream: a much higher percentage of fat and very little air, an important element in traditional ice cream.
However, the” ice cream not ice cream” is a sweet and cold dessert, very tasty: therefore it can be a substitute of the traditional ice cream in case we don’t have the ice cream machine.
