Something about me

I’m an Italian gelato chef with over 25 years of experience.

My mission is to help you how to make delicious homemade ice cream!

I started to make gelato 🍧🍦🍨 in a small gelato shop when I was 15 years old.
I really enjoyed this experience and the gelato, very early on, became my passion 😍!

I worked as a technical consultant in the ice cream industry for 12 years, travelling around the world helping people learn how to make real Italian gelato.

In 2008 I’ve opened with my 2 sisters my own ice cream shop in my home town in Italy. The shop is called “La Neve nel bicchiere” which literaly means: The snow in the glass.

In 2015 I’ve moved to London with my husband, I still work for my ice cream shop developping recipes and working on new projects.

In London I worked on fantastic projects like “the 99 pounds gelato” or “the vegan Avolato gelato”shop for an important ice cream brand, Snowflake Gelato.

My next mission is to help people how to make ice cream at home!
