Orange rosemary and honey sorbet
Very fresh recipe with few ingredients and an original and delicate taste.Ideal to finish a dinner (excellent with seafood dinner) with friends or to be served between courses.

- pan

- ice cream container with lid

Ingredients
- 400 ml orange juice
- 4 bunch rosemary
- 30 g glucose
- 160 g acacia honey
- 150 ml water
Instructions
- Squeeze the oranges and pour the juice into a carafe
- Put the rosemary leaves in boiling water and leave the leaves to macerate for 15 minutes
- Filter the water with the rosemary and add the rosemary scented water in the orange juice together with the honey and glucose
- Mix the ingredients well with a whisk
- Pour the mix into the ice cream machine
- Wait until the ice cream is ready
- Remove the ice cream from the machine and enjoy it or put it in the freezer

Honey can be replaced with sugar in equal quantities.
