Ingredients
  

  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 4 bunch rosemary
  • 30 g glucose
  • 160 g acacia honey
  • 150 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the oranges and pour the juice into a carafe
  • Put the rosemary leaves in boiling water and leave the leaves to macerate for 15 minutes
  • Filter the water with the rosemary and add the rosemary scented water in the orange juice together with the honey and glucose
  • Mix the ingredients well with a whisk
  • Pour the mix into the ice cream machine
  • Wait until the ice cream is ready
  • Remove the ice cream from the machine and enjoy it or put it in the freezer

Honey can be replaced with sugar in equal quantities.
